D.O. Blood & Co., 15L12, 2c Gold on Black, Tied by Pencil "S" and Small 4-Bar Grid Cancel, on Folded Local Cover

Single with ample margins to just touching, tied by pencil "S" and small black 4-bar grid cancel on folded local cover, with side panels removed.
This stamp is the rarest of the small Blood issues, and the tied example is extraordinary.
