2 cent Green tied by target, "La Hoyt Ioa. Apr. 15, 1888" circular datestamp on blue "The Philatelic Midget" corner card cover to New York, Richwood's Dispatch stamp at lower left tied by blue fancy handstamp. Very Fine
The Philatelic Midget was published between 1888-89 by James C. Jay, who also ran the Richwood's Despatch to carry letters between Richwood and the post office in La Hoyt, Iowa.
