Imperial German Camouflaged M16 Helmet With Replacement Reproduction Liner

A rather nice original camo M16; retains ~75% camouflage finish worked in wedges from a central point in the crown, using tank, dark green, and brick red with thick black separating lines.  Retains all three liner pins, but the liner is (in my opinion) a rather nice quality reproduction.  A reproduction chinstrap has been added as well.  Helmet interior has faint name inscription in the rear skirt, and the side is marked "W" with partially legible size.  "W" corresponds to maker Hermann Weissenburger & Co., Stuttgart-Cannstatt, who made only size 66 shells.
