With PF Cert which reads, "SINGLE, PURPLE "ALLEN'S CITY DISPATCH, 125 CLARK STREET, JAN. 11, 1883" DOUBLE LINE OVAL DATESTAMP AND EAGLE FANCY CANCEL ON COVER TO LOCAL STREET ADDRESS. AND WE ARE OF THE OPINION THAT IT IS A GENUINE USAGE, THE COVER WITH A SMALL TEAR AT TOP LEFT AND THINNING ON BACK."
